Anti-Spam Policy

1. No Spam or Unsolicited Bulk Activity

Users and creators may not send, post, trigger, automate, or coordinate spam, unsolicited bulk messages, repetitive promotional comments, mass follows, mass likes, mass reports, mass mentions, deceptive links, unwanted commercial messages, or repetitive sexual or transactional solicitations.

Kallfi may treat activity as spam based on volume, repetition, targeting, recipient complaints, link behavior, account age, automation signals, evasion patterns, payment or referral incentives, or overall impact on users and platform integrity.

2. Automation, Scraping, and Contact Harvesting

Bots, scripts, scrapers, crawlers, browser automation, API abuse, credential stuffing, account farming, contact harvesting, message harvesting, profile scraping, and attempts to bypass rate limits or safety controls are prohibited unless Kallfi has expressly authorized the activity in writing.

Users may not use scraped or harvested information to contact, target, profile, advertise to, threaten, harass, impersonate, or solicit another person on or off Kallfi.

3. Deceptive Promotion and Off-Platform Solicitation

Users may not misrepresent identity, creator affiliation, product availability, content availability, pricing, discounts, referral eligibility, payout eligibility, safety status, verification status, or transaction terms to obtain attention, payments, clicks, follows, messages, unlocks, or subscriptions.

Off-platform payment solicitation, payment-link spam, attempts to bypass Kallfi checkout or safety controls, misleading referral or discount promotion, and phishing-style messages are prohibited and may trigger immediate enforcement.

4. Engagement and Reputation Manipulation

Buying, selling, trading, farming, or coordinating artificial likes, follows, views, comments, reports, purchases, unlocks, reviews, referrals, discounts, payouts, or creator-ranking signals is prohibited.

Kallfi may remove manipulated activity, exclude it from ranking, eligibility, creator metrics, payout calculations, referral benefits, discounts, promotional surfaces, or other platform systems, and may reverse related benefits or balances.

5. Creator and Commercial Messaging

Creators and commercial users must use Kallfi messaging, posting, subscription, offer, and promotional tools in a way that is accurate, proportionate, lawful, and consistent with recipient expectations. Paid or promotional messaging must not be disguised as safety notices, support messages, legal notices, account warnings, or unrelated personal messages.

Repeated unwanted contact after a user blocks, unsubscribes, reports, rejects, or otherwise indicates non-interest may be treated as spam or harassment even if each individual message is short or manually sent.

6. Enforcement

Kallfi may throttle, filter, hide, delete, demote, label, block, challenge, suspend, terminate, or preserve spam-related content and account activity. We may also restrict messaging, posting, search visibility, creator tools, payments, subscriptions, referrals, discounts, wallets, monetization, or payouts while reviewing suspected spam or abuse.

Severe or repeated violations may result in permanent account removal, forfeiture or withholding of creator payouts where permitted by law, reversal of promotional benefits, disclosure to service providers or authorities where appropriate, and refusal to allow future account creation.

7. Reporting Spam

Report spam, phishing, suspicious promotions, automated abuse, or off-platform payment solicitation through in-app reporting or safety@kallfi.com. Include usernames, links, screenshots, timestamps, and transaction references where relevant.
