This policy explains what data we process, why we process it, who receives it, and what rights you may have.

1. Data Categories We Process

Kallfi processes account/profile data, content and messaging records, uploaded and generated media records, transaction and payout-related records, identity, tax, age, rights-clearance, and creator-verification materials where requested, technical telemetry and diagnostics, and support/trust documentation (including reports, moderation actions, and compliance notes) to operate, secure, and administer the platform.

2. Sources of Data

Data is collected directly from your submissions and in-app activity, from service providers necessary to deliver the platform (including authentication, hosting, media, and payment systems), and from fraud/safety signals generated by integrity controls.

3. Why We Use Data

Kallfi uses personal and operational data to provide account and creator features, process purchases and subscriptions, support generated-media and media-offer workflows, satisfy payment-provider and payout-provider compliance duties, detect and prevent abuse, enforce policies, evaluate adult-content and safety risk, respond to support and legal requests, and improve reliability, relevance, performance, and product quality.

Adult-oriented content, prompts, generated media, reports, creator submissions, and moderation signals may be reviewed by automated systems, human reviewers, service providers, payment or payout processors, and legal or safety teams where needed for content safety, compliance, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or platform operations.

4. Sharing and Recipients

We share data only as needed to run the service and comply with law, including with infrastructure and security vendors, payment providers (currently PayPal; others may be added), payout processors, tax and identity verification vendors, fraud and safety vendors, professional advisers, and legal authorities when legally required or when disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect users, rights, payments, or platform integrity.

Kallfi does not sell payment credentials and contractually or operationally limits recipients to authorized use cases. Data access is constrained to operational and compliance need-to-know scopes.

5. Retention and Deletion

Retention periods vary by data type and legal need. We retain records long enough to deliver services, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, satisfy accounting/tax obligations, meet content-safety and adult-content compliance needs, support payment and payout reconciliation, and enforce legal rights.

If an account is deleted, we may remove or anonymize personal identifiers while retaining user-uploaded content and related operational, trust, legal, and financial records as described in our Terms and where permitted by law.

When eligible, users can request deletion or correction. Some records may be retained where law, fraud prevention, or legitimate safety/compliance reasons require it.

6. Security

We use layered technical and administrative controls designed to protect data confidentiality and integrity. No system is absolutely secure, but we continuously improve safeguards and incident response procedures.

7. Your Rights and Requests

Where legally applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction/objection processing, and data export subject to technical feasibility and legal constraints.

8. Children

Kallfi is not for minors. If we learn an underage user has accessed the platform, we may remove the account and associated content.

9. Policy Updates

We may revise this policy for operational, legal, or compliance reasons. The latest posted version applies from its effective update date.
