Artificial Intelligence Responsible Use Notice

This Artificial Intelligence Responsible Use Notice (the "Notice") explains how artificial intelligence ("AI") is used within Kallfi's Services and sets out important disclosures and requirements regarding your use of AI features.

This Notice forms part of, and should be read together with, the Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, Privacy Notice, and our other policies and guidelines.

Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Notice have the meaning given to them in the Terms of Use. In the event of inconsistency between this Notice and the Terms of Use, the Terms of Use shall prevail.

1. Nature of AI

The Services enable the generation of synthetic content, including text, images, video, audio, and voice ("AI Content"). Where you have completed the applicable age verification process and enabled the relevant setting, AI Content may include sexually explicit material.
AI Content is created through our Services via Third-Party AI Provider, including the generation and creation of Souls who you acknowledge and agree that are AI-fictious and generated personas that do not possess any type of consciousness, self-awareness, understanding, intentions, emotions, or personal memories and are managed and created by creators of our platforms.
Any interaction with a Soul does not create any real-world friendship, romantic relationship, sexual relationship, commitment, agreement, or other interpersonal relationship or outcome.
AI Content may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, unexpected, offensive, or otherwise flawed. We do not warrant or represent the accuracy, originality, ownership, quality, reliability, fitness, completeness, or suitability of any AI Content, including any Souls. Similar prompts may generate similar or identical outputs for different users.
The Services are provided for entertainment purposes only.
AI Content does not constitute, and should not be used or relied upon as, medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. The Services are not a substitute for professional assistance and do not constitute a crisis-support, counseling, or emergency service. If you are experiencing distress or require assistance, please contact an appropriately qualified professional or your local emergency services.
You should not input or disclose sensitive personal data (whether your own or that of others), financial information, confidential information, or other information that you would not wish to be processed through the Services.
AI Content may inadvertently resemble existing works, trademarks, or the likeness of real individuals. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of AI Content does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of third parties.
You are solely responsible for your use of AI features within the Services. You should review the terms, conditions, and policies of any Third-Party AI Provider whose services you access through the platform.
AI Content may inadvertently resemble existing works, trademarks, or the likeness of real individuals. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of AI Content does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of third parties.

2. AI Disclosures

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) Souls are AI systems and do not constitute human beings; (b) any appearance of personality, emotion, affection, memory, consciousness, or responsiveness exhibited by a Soul is produced through automated generation and does not reflect any genuine human experience or emotion; and (c) no AI Content should be understood or relied upon as a statement made by or attributable to an actual person.
Where you create, distribute, or make available AI Content through the Services, you may be subject to legal obligations under applicable law, including the EU Artificial Intelligence Act, to disclose that such content has been artificially generated or manipulated. In particular, where AI Content depicts realistic synthetic persons (including Souls), objects, places, or events that could reasonably appear authentic or truthful, you are responsible for ensuring that appropriate disclosure is provided to any person exposed to such content. You must comply with all applicable transparency and labeling requirements and must not remove, obscure, alter, or circumvent any label, watermark, or disclosure applied to AI Content.

3. Prohibited Uses

You must not use the Services, or any AI Content or Souls created through the Services, to do or facilitate any of the following:

Generate, request, prompt, upload, transmit, store, solicit, or distribute any AI Content that depicts or appears to depict a minor in a sexual manner, in intimate physical contact, or in sexual situations;
Create, configure, or operate any Soul that depicts or appears to depict a minor;
Use the Services to groom, lure, or sexually exploit any minor.
Use AI Content or Souls to deploy subliminal, manipulative, or deceptive techniques that materially distort a person's behavior or decision-making, exploit any person's vulnerability due to age, disability, or social or economic circumstances, or facilitate fraud, sextortion, blackmail, romance scams, or other deceptive schemes.
Present AI Content as real or authentic, or falsely represent that a Soul is a real human being;
Remove, obscure, alter, or circumvent any AI-generated label, watermark, or disclosure;
Use AI Content in any manner intended or reasonably likely to mislead any person into believing it depicts an actual individual, event, or interaction;
Generate or distribute AI Content depicting extreme violence, non-consensual intimate imagery, or other content prohibited under the Terms of Use or Community Guidelines; and
Use the Services in any manner that violates applicable law.

The prohibitions listed above are not exhaustive and apply in addition to the restrictions set forth in the Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.

4. Updates to this Notice

We may update this Notice from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, AI features or applicable law. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Notice.
