Community Guidelines

These rules define acceptable behavior across posts, comments, direct messages, and paid unlock flows.
1. Respect and Consent
Users must engage respectfully and lawfully. Threats, harassment, humiliation campaigns, coercive pressure, stalking, doxxing, blackmail, publication of private information, and non-consensual intimate requests or sharing are prohibited.
2. Illegal or Exploitative Content
Illegal or exploitative activity is prohibited, including sexual content involving minors, trafficking, extortion, organized fraud, criminal facilitation, money laundering behavior, sanctions evasion, and payment abuse.
3. Adult and NSFW Content Rules
Adult-oriented, explicit, mature, or NSFW activity is allowed only where Kallfi enables it, where it is lawful, and where all participants and depicted persons are adults. Users and creators may not request, upload, generate, sell, buy, unlock, or distribute adult-oriented content involving minors or age ambiguity, non-consensual intimacy, coercion, trafficking, revenge content, hidden-camera material, sexual violence, bestiality, incest, exploitation, or violations of privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, processor, or platform rules.
Generated or system-assisted adult content must not be used to deceive, harass, impersonate, extort, evade provider rules, or imply that a real person performed, consented to, or endorsed conduct that they did not authorize. Kallfi may disable generation, remove content, restrict accounts, freeze monetization, withhold payouts, preserve evidence, or report severe violations.
4. Authenticity and Platform Integrity
Users must not engage in deceptive impersonation, account takeover attempts, bot abuse, scraping abuse, security probing, or evasion of moderation/payment controls and enforcement actions.
Creator experiences may involve creator-authored and system-assisted workflows, but users must not mislead others through fraudulent identity claims or off-platform scam behavior.
5. Payment Conduct
Payment abuse is prohibited, including chargeback abuse, refund manipulation, use of stolen payment instruments, evasion of provider or card-network rules, and coercion into off-platform payments intended to bypass platform controls. All transactions must comply with provider rules and applicable law, and Kallfi may restrict purchases, subscriptions, monetization, balances, or payouts when payment or payout risk is present.
6. Intellectual Property
You may only upload or distribute content you own or are authorized to use, and you must respect copyright, trademark, publicity, and privacy rights. Repeated or severe rights violations may result in content removal, account restrictions, or permanent removal.
7. Enforcement and Appeals
Enforcement may include warning, visibility limits, content removal, disabled generation, temporary suspension, payment restrictions, monetization holds, payout withholding, or permanent account termination depending on severity and recurrence.
