At Kallfi (the "Company", "we", "our", or "us"), our community is built on a foundation of creativity, openness and respect, and we welcome users and creators ("Users") from all backgrounds to use, explore and connect with our platform.
These Community Guidelines are a set of norms and expectations that are intended to design a safe and welcoming space for everyone while allowing Users the freedom to create and share a range of experiences and perspectives ("Community Guidelines").
These Community Guidelines apply to all accounts and content disseminated, published or shared within our services including but not limited to Souls (as defined below), prompts, chats, generated images, audio and video, applications, texts, comments and links. By accessing, installing or using any of the services provided by Company (the "Services"), you hereby accept these Community Guidelines, which are integrated into and form a part of Company policies.
A Soul means any artificial intelligence-generated digital character, avatar, or virtual representation created, customized, or interacted with through the Services, including but not limited to digital avatars and any lawful digital representation of individuals whether fictional or based on real persons that is generated, modified, or enhanced using artificial intelligence or machine learning technologies in compliance with the Platform Policies and applicable laws and regulations ("Soul").
We take violations of these Community Guidelines very seriously. When we find someone has violated our Community Guidelines, we may take actions against such infringers including but not limited to: (a) content removal and user notification; (b) a formal warning; (c) temporary restriction of specified features; (d) temporary suspension of the account; and (e) permanent termination of the account. The severity of the enforcement action will be determined based on the nature, severity, and recurrence of the violation. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to proceed directly to permanent termination, without prior warning, in cases involving child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, threats of imminent harm, or other violations that in our sole judgment pose an immediate risk to user safety or public safety.
We encourage all Users to report any content or account which they believe violates or infringes these Community Guidelines, and our team will investigate the report and take the necessary action to ensure the safety of our Users. You may report and address your concerns related to the violation of the Community Guidelines via the in-Service reporting tools or via Compliance@Kallfi.com
These Community Guidelines should be read together with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Notice, Cookie Notice, DMCA/Copyright Notice, Intimate Content Removal Policy, Content Removal Policy, and any other policies referenced herein (collectively, the 'Platform Policies').
Capitalized terms used but not defined in these Community Guidelines have the meanings given to them in the Terms and Conditions.
In the event of any conflict between these Community Guidelines and any other Platform Policy (including the Terms and Conditions), the provision that imposes the more restrictive obligation on the User or offers greater protection to the Services shall govern.
Age requirements
The Services are not directed to minors under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a minor under 18, we will promptly delete such information and terminate the associated account.
To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in the jurisdiction from which you access the Services, whichever is higher, in order to open an account or otherwise use the Services.
We do not knowingly allow minors to access the Services. Depending on your jurisdiction and to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, you will be required to complete age verification at the time of account registration through one or more methods designated by the Company, which may include inter alia government-issued identification, third-party age estimation technology, or other commercially reasonable means. For details on our age verification procedures, please refer to the Age Verification section of our Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to require additional or re-verification of age at any time, including before access to any adult content areas, and to immediately suspend any account pending satisfactory completion of such verification.
You acknowledge and agree that you may not open an account on behalf of another person, share your account or login credentials with anyone, or allow a minor to access or use the Services through your account or your device. Any account which we believe belongs to or gives access to a minor will be terminated immediately.
Respectful communication and your Content
Our Services offer a unique experience that allows you to create, share and interact with others on the platforms as well as create, publish and interact with Souls.
Content shall mean any user-generated content shared on or disseminated through the Services by Users, including but not limited to: (a) any communications, messages, reactions, exchanged between Users on the platform; (b) any input provided within the Services, including prompts, character descriptions, messages, uploads, emojis, and any parameters or instructions you provide to AI tools (collectively, 'Input'); (c) any material provided for the creation, customization, or training of Souls, including character profiles, personality traits, voice samples, images, and reference materials; and (d) any output generated by the Services on the basis of Input, including AI-generated text, images, audio, video, and voice (collectively, 'AI Output'). For the avoidance of doubt, Content includes all AI-generated material created through your use of the Services, regardless of the degree of human creative contribution, and encompasses material posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available by Users (collectively referred to as "Content").
Expected behavior
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not that activity is known to or authorized by you. You may not use, or attempt to use, the Services in order to do the following prohibited activities, including inter alia:
- breach any local, national or international law or regulation;
- harm or attempt to harm any person, and in particular any minor;
- create, request, publish or share Content that sexualizes, exploits or endangers minors, or that otherwise constitutes child sexual abuse material;
- create, publish or share Content that depicts, resembles or impersonates a real, identifiable person, including public figures;
- create, publish or share non-consensual intimate imagery whether such imagery is authentic or not, or Content depicting sexual violence, coercion or any other non-consensual sexual activity;
- create, publish or share Content depicting sexual acts with animals, or the abuse of animals;
- create, publish or share Content that would be considered obscene under the legal standard applicable in your jurisdiction, or otherwise unlawful under applicable law;
- advocate, promote, incite or assist any unlawful, fraudulent or criminal act, including terrorism, violent extremism, human trafficking, sex trafficking, prostitution or any other commercial sexual service;
- create, publish or share Content that promotes, or provides instructions for, violence, self-harm, disordered eating, or the manufacture or unlawful use of drugs, weapons or other dangerous goods;
- encourage hatred or violence against any person or group on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, serious medical condition, or age;
- harass, threaten, stalk, bully, intimidate or abuse any person, or engage in conduct that a reasonable person would find threatening, intimidating, or hostile;
- misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any person or entity;
- infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights or any other rights of any person, or share or store the personal or confidential information of any person without authorization;
- circumvent, disable or "jailbreak" our moderation, filtering, safety or age-assurance controls, or manipulate the Services in order to bypass detection of prohibited Content;
- remove or tamper with any metadata, watermark, provenance signal or other mark indicating that Content is AI-generated;
- create, publish, or share Content that constitutes or facilitates coordinated inauthentic behavior, including the use of fake accounts, bots, or AI-generated media to manipulate public discourse, interfere with elections, or spread health misinformation.
- use the Services to generate or disseminate synthetic media (including deepfakes) for the purpose of deceiving the public or misrepresenting events, statements, or the actions of any person.
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of any system or network, breach or circumvent security or authentication measures, or access or tamper with areas of the Services without authorization;
- access or create accounts by any means other than the interfaces we publicly support, including scraping, crawling or the use of bots, or creating multiple accounts in order to evade enforcement;
- send viruses, malware or any other harmful code, or flood, spam or otherwise disrupt any user, host or network;
- send unsolicited communications, advertisements or spam, solicit other Users for commercial purposes, or run contests, raffles or promotions through the Services;
- provide inaccurate, misleading or fraudulent accounts, media or payment information; or
- frame, embed, mirror, use, share, disseminate or redistribute any Content, including Souls from the Services without our prior written consent.
- offer, sell, solicit, or facilitate the sale or purchase of regulated goods or services, including firearms, ammunition, explosives, controlled substances, pharmaceuticals, tobacco, alcohol, or any goods or services whose sale or distribution is restricted under applicable law.
- promote, operate, or participate in any financial fraud scheme, including Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, cryptocurrency pump-and-dump schemes, phishing, or any form of consumer financial deception.
Depending on your jurisdiction, applicable law may require you to label AI-generated content, including your Content, as such. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you comply with any such requirement.

Adult content
Company is an 18+ platform, and we allow adult Users to explore mature themes and Content within the limits set out in these Community Guidelines and Platform Policies.
You acknowledge that a substantial portion of Content made available on the Services depicts adult themes, is fictional, and must not depict or resemble any real, identifiable person as described in these Community Guidelines.
You are prohibited from creating, requesting, publishing, disseminating, or sharing Content that involves: minors or persons who appear to be minors; sexual violence, rape, coercion, incapacitation, or any other non-consensual sexual activity; incest; obscenity; torture; bestiality or sexual acts involving animals; deceased persons; or acts depicting serious injury, mutilation, or death.
The offering, soliciting or advertising sexual services, escorting or any other commercial sexual activity within our Services is prohibited. Any such behavior will result in immediate account removal and potential reporting to relevant authorities.
Protection of minors
Kallfi.com prohibits any content or activity that endangers minors, and we operate a zero-tolerance policy in this area. This includes content that features or promotes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and the sexual exploitation, sexual misconduct, or grooming of minors.
You are prohibited from showing or promoting in any way any content that contains sexualized images or representations of minors, admits participation in the sexual exploitation or sexualization of minors, depicts nudity of minors, or identifies abuse victims by name or image.
This prohibition applies regardless of medium and regardless of whether the depiction is real or fictional. It extends to any Content, Souls, characters, avatars, drawings, and any other generated or stylized depiction; to any attempt to describe a character as an adult while presenting that character as a minor; and to any attempt to manipulate the Services in order to bypass detection. Content of this kind will be promptly removed, the account responsible will be terminated, and we will report, where applicable, the matter to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline and any appropriate law enforcement authorities.
Content that depicts individuals in a manner that is ambiguous as to whether they are minors will be treated as depicting minors and removed. This includes Content where contextual cues (such as setting, clothing, dialogue, or stated age) suggest the individual may be under 18, regardless of the actual or stated age of any model, character, or AI-generated Soul.
The Company employs industry-standard detection technologies, including hash-matching against known databases of child sexual abuse material and human review, to identify and remove prohibited content involving minors. These technologies are applied to all Content uploaded to or generated through the Services.
Souls creation
You may create a Soul based on your own face or likeness for non-sexually explicit Content only. You may not create, request, or share any Soul or Content that depicts, resembles, or is intended to represent any real, identifiable person other than yourself.
This restriction applies to celebrities, public figures, other Users, and people you know, with or without their consent, whether by uploading their image, describing them, using their name, or by any other means.
Creating any Soul or Content that uses or incorporates a real person's face, likeness, voice, or other identifying features for sexually explicit purposes is strictly prohibited, regardless of whether that person is you or another individual. Parody, commentary, and criticism of public figures in non-sexually explicit contexts is permitted depending on your jurisdiction only where (a) the Content does not depict the public figure in intimate, sexual, or defamatory contexts; (b) the Content is clearly identifiable as parody, satire, or commentary; and (c) the Content does not misrepresent the public figure's actual statements or actions in a manner likely to deceive.
We do not tolerate deep-fakes, face/body swaps, or faked, impersonating, manipulated or edited content that alters the original context of the material or Content.
We further prohibit non-consensual intimate imagery in every form, including so-called "revenge pornography", sextortion, the sharing or threatened sharing of intimate images, images of ordinarily sexualized body parts captured, and the sharing or threatened disclosure of private intimate communications. Reports in this category are treated as urgent and may be escalated to law enforcement.
Safety
We prioritize the safety of our Users and we have a zero-tolerance policy towards any activities that may jeopardize their well-being. Company does not allow Users to create or distribute content that glorifies, promotes or encourages self-harm, suicide, eating disorders or substance abuse. We also prohibit activity that may endanger your life, lead to your physical harm, or encourage others to engage in physically harmful behavior. These prohibited activities include but are not limited to the use of drugs, alcohol, weapons, or any other dangerous products, (e.g. engaging in or supporting terrorism, money laundering, organized crime, or any other activity threatening public safety).
Souls are not a substitute for professional help and cannot provide medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. If you or someone you know is in distress, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis support line.
Violence
Company looks to create a safe environment for all our Users. Company will not allow content that promotes violence that is graphic, gratuitous, sadistic, or glorifies real-world suffering. Additionally, content that depicts violent or graphic imagery, such as animal abuse, decapitation, gore, and violent death, will not be permitted.
However, it is important to note that fictional or dramatized content that contains violent and dramatic elements is allowed on the platform, in the areas designated for that purpose, as long as enough context is given to understand that the content is dramatized or fictional, it does not depict a real, identifiable person, and it does not otherwise breach these Community Guidelines.
Terrorism and violent extremism promote unlawful violence and spread messages of intolerance. Company does not allow content that depicts, glorifies, encourages, or supports terrorism, or violent extremist actors or acts. This includes threatening to or encouraging others to commit acts that would result in serious physical harm or significant property destruction.
Bullying, harassment, threats and hate speech
You cannot attempt to intimidate anyone, either directly or by using your influence over others. We treat real-life interactions more seriously than online interactions when analyzing whether a line has been crossed, because it can be more threatening and lead to physical violence. Creating or customizing a Soul in order to mock, degrade, sexualize or threaten a real person is harassment, and we treat it as such.
Therefore, there is no room on Company for content promoting hate speech, such as calling for violence, exclusion, or segregation. This includes serious attacks on people based on their race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, serious medical conditions, caste, or immigration status.
Any User threatening the well-being of an individual or group of people will be removed. This includes threatening behavior such as stalking or inciting others to commit violent acts, as well as repeatedly sending another User unsolicited messages, including unsolicited sexual Content.
Authenticity and AI-generated content
We value authenticity and originality in the content that our Users create and share. We believe that every member has a unique perspective and voice that can contribute to our community's diversity. As such, we encourage our Users to create their own original content and to respect the ownership of material belonging to others. We also have a responsibility to maintain the integrity of Company and ensure that Content is not used to deceive. We do not tolerate any content that misrepresents the identity of other Users or is designed to deceive our Users. This includes deep-fakes, faked, impersonating, manipulated, or edited content that alters the original context of the material.
AI-generated Content must be clearly identified as such. You must not present AI-generated Content as authentic photographs, recordings, or statements of real persons. You must not attempt to remove, alter, or obscure any watermark, metadata, or provenance signal applied by the Services to identify Content as AI-generated. Applicable law in certain jurisdictions may impose additional labeling or disclosure requirements for AI-generated content; compliance with such requirements is your sole responsibility.
Content generated through the Services is generated by artificial intelligence. You may not present such Content as a genuine photograph, recording or statement of a real person. You must hold all rights necessary for anything you upload to the Services. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed upon by Users, we urge you to report the infringement to us so that we can take appropriate action in our DMCA Notice page.

Spam, solicitation and scams
We do not permit our Users to use the Services, or any Souls, in order to distribute unsolicited advertising, promotional or commercial content, to send bulk or repetitive messages, to run contests, raffles or giveaways, or to solicit money, gifts or donations from other Users. We likewise do not permit our Users to discuss, promote or create methods to exploit the Services unfairly, including gaining unauthorized access to features, subscriptions or credits, circumventing payment, encouraging others to do so, or posting misleading content for getting unauthorized access to Users accounts or information. Fraud, phishing and payment abuse will result in the termination of your account.
Protect personal information
It is strictly prohibited to share or post personal information about others. This includes but is not limited to photos, videos, profiles, audio recordings, full names, addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses, and it applies equally to information which you place in a prompt, in a character description, or in a conversation with a Soul. We also do not allow the sharing of personal information that you do not have the right to share, such as confidential or sensitive information that is protected by law. For information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy. We urge all Users to exercise caution when sharing their own personal information on the Services or elsewhere online, including sensitive information such as financial information, government identification numbers, or passwords, as this information can be used for identity theft and fraud.
Malicious and deceptive practices
We prohibit any attempts to compromise or abuse the security, reliability, or integrity of Company. This includes but is not limited to accessing Company's platforms through unauthorized means, such as hacking or using stolen login credentials, as well as scraping, automated access, reverse engineering, or use of the Services in order to train or develop another artificial intelligence model. It further includes any attempt to circumvent, disable or manipulate our moderation, filtering, safety or age-assurance systems, whether by "jailbreaking" a Soul, by the use of coded language, or by any other means.
In addition, we do not tolerate any content or activity that interferes with the integrity of our Services or the experience of another user or their devices. This includes spreading viruses, malware, or other harmful software or engaging in any activity that could harm the functionality or performance of Company.
Moderation, monitoring and enforcement
We use a combination of automated tools and human review to monitor your account, Soul, Content and interactions for material that may breach these Community Guidelines, our other policies, or the law. Conversations, requests and AI Output that are flagged by you or by our trust and safety controls may be reviewed and acted upon, and we may also monitor communications for quality assurance purposes and for the refinement of our Services, in each case in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Where we determine, at our discretion, that you have breached, attempted to breach, or are likely to breach these Community Guidelines in whole or in part, we may take such action as we deem necessary, including removing or disabling access to Content, issuing a warning, restricting or suspending your access to some or all of the Services, terminating your account, and, where authorized or required by law, reporting the matter to the relevant authorities. Enforcement may take effect without prior notice where this is necessary in order to protect the safety of our Users or the integrity of the Services.
Respect the law
We expect all of our Users to adhere to applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. We rely on our Users' support to identify and eliminate any inappropriate or illegal content on Company.
If you come across any content, Soul or User that you believe violates these Community Guidelines or is deemed inappropriate or offensive, we urge you to report it to us immediately, using the in-Service reporting tools or via Compliance@Kallfi.com .
Where possible, please include the relevant details, such as screenshots, links, descriptions or message logs, so that our team can investigate promptly.
We will investigate any reports of inappropriate or illegal content and take the necessary action, which may include removing the content and notifying the appropriate authorities if necessary. We also remind our Users that they are responsible for their own actions on Company and that they will be held accountable for any violations of the law.
Depending on your jurisdiction, Content that has been removed or Users whose account has been restricted, suspended, or terminated may submit an appeal through the designated appeals process within 30 days of the enforcement action. Appeals will be reviewed by a qualified reviewer who was not involved in the original decision. The Company will notify the User of the outcome of the appeal within [30] business days. This appeals process does not apply to enforcement actions taken in connection with child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or other violations involving imminent harm, which are final and non-appealable.

The Company may revise these Community Guidelines from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to Users through the Services (e.g., via a banner notification, email to the address on file, or a pop-up requiring acknowledgment) at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any revised Community Guidelines constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
